Shipping Policy

How We Ship
GitoTech partners with major IT distributors including Ingram Micro and TDSynnex to fulfill orders. Most products ship directly from distributor warehouses across the United States to your door. Some products, such as Cisco Meraki hardware and licenses, ship directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
- Cisco Meraki Products: Cisco Meraki hardware ships directly from Meraki warehouse in California via FedEx. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days from the ship date. Same-day or overnight delivery is not available for Meraki products.
- Backorder Items: If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated ship date. You may cancel the order at no charge if the wait time does not work for you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Some products include free ground shipping - this will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account at shop.gitotech.com.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you need to ship internationally or to a freight forwarder, please contact us at shop@gitotech.com before placing your order so we can provide a custom quote.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 5 business days at shop@gitotech.com or call (973) 975-0229. We will work with the carrier and distributor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
