About GitoTech
Who is GitoTech?
GitoTech LLC is an IT solutions company founded in 2014 by Mark Orciuoli and based in East Hanover, New Jersey. We sell IT hardware - laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, networking equipment, and security appliances - from top brands including Dell, Lenovo, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, ASUS, ViewSonic, and WatchGuard. We also provide managed IT services, but our ecommerce store at shop.gitotech.com focuses on hardware sales.
Is GitoTech an authorized reseller?
Yes. GitoTech is an authorized partner for all brands we carry, including Dell Technologies, Lenovo, HP, Cisco, and WatchGuard. Every product we sell is sourced through authorized distribution channels, which means you receive genuine products with full manufacturer warranties.
How are your prices so competitive?
We sell the same products with the same SKUs as large IT resellers like CDW and SHI. Our prices are competitive because we operate with lower overhead. We source products through the same major distributors - Ingram Micro and TDSynnex - that supply the largest IT resellers in the country.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Shopify checkout. For large orders or purchase orders, contact us at shop@gitotech.com.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
Absolutely. If you are ordering 10 or more units or need volume pricing, email us at shop@gitotech.com with the products and quantities you need. We offer volume discounts for business purchases.
Can I place a purchase order (PO)?
Yes. Contact us at shop@gitotech.com to set up PO-based purchasing for your organization.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Tax-exempt organizations can contact us at shop@gitotech.com with their exemption certificate.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at shop@gitotech.com and we will cancel it at no charge. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. Cisco Meraki products ship directly from Meraki California warehouse with a 2-3 business day delivery time. See our full Shipping Policy for details. Shipping Policy
Do you offer free shipping?
Some products include free ground shipping, which is shown on the product page and at checkout. For other products, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, contact us at shop@gitotech.com before placing your order so we can provide a custom quote.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in unopened, original condition with all packaging and components. What if my product is defective?
Contact us immediately at shop@gitotech.com or (973) 975-0229. If the product is confirmed defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. For defective or dead-on-arrival products, GitoTech covers return shipping costs.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?

What if my product breaks after 30 days?
After our 30-day return window, you are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at shop@gitotech.com and we will help you navigate the warranty claim process.
Products
Are your products new?
Yes. All products sold on shop.gitotech.com are brand new, factory-sealed, and sourced through authorized distribution channels.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and enter your email. We will automatically email you when the product is back in stock. Our inventory updates regularly through our distributor connections.
Why are some products shown as Out of Stock?
Our inventory is synced with our distributors' real-time stock levels. If a product shows as out of stock, it is currently unavailable from our distribution partners. Stock levels change frequently, so check back soon or use the "Notify Me When Available" feature.
Account and Privacy
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and view your purchase history.
How do you protect my information?
